A Little About Me
I've always been drawn to the extraordinary, whether that's a dragon-filled fantasy, an apocalyptic thriller, or a spine-chilling supernatural tale that keeps me up at night. Some of my all-time favorite reads include Vampire Academy, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Jurassic Park, and honestly anything that gives me Beauty & the Beast vibes or a murder mystery.
Outside of books, I'm love listening to music, and I fully admit I'm a total mood reader. Sometimes I'll devour a whole series in a week; other times I'll just… stare at my bookshelf until a book "calls" to me.

I regularly post my reviews on Goodreads under crystalk_reads. I try to write thoughtful, respectful reviews that are both honest and helpful. My goal is to support debut authors with constructive feedback while also helping fellow readers find their next favorite read.
That being said, fair warning - I'm not afraid to write a disastrous review if a book really rubs me the wrong way.
4 stars — I really enjoyed it and liked almost everything about it.
3 (3.5) stars — I liked it, but something vital was missing, or I had a big issue with a character or plot point.
2 (2.5) stars — It was meh. Not my cup of tea.
1 star — It was not good. I rarely go here, but if I do… you seriously pissed me off, girl.
