Reading Style

I read primarily for enjoyment and manage my blog alongside a full-time job. Because of this, I do not maintain a strict reading schedule.

I am also a mood reader, which means I choose books based on what I feel like reading rather than following a fixed queue.

I usually try to finish every book I start. In the rare case that I cannot complete a book or cannot review it, I will inform the author or publisher whenever possible.

ARC Requests

I am open to receiving Advance Review Copies (ARCs) for potential review consideration.

Please note:

  • Receiving a book does not guarantee a review
  • I may decline requests if the book does not fit my interests
  • I may not always be able to read a book immediately

I truly appreciate authors and publishers who understand that blogging is something I do alongside my regular work.

Review Timeline

Because I read at my own pace and balance blogging with work commitments, I cannot guarantee a specific review date.

Reviews may appear:

  • Before publication
  • Around release
  • Some time after publication

If a strict review deadline is required, I may not be the best reviewer for that request.

Formats I Accept

I primarily read digital books.

Preferred formats:

  • EPUB
  • MOBI

I can also read:

  • PDF (if other formats are not available)

At this time I do not accept physical review copies. As a reader based in India, international shipping can be impractical for many authors and publishers.

Genres I Enjoy

I am most interested in reading:

  • Paranormal
  • Supernatural
  • Fantasy
  • Mystery
  • Romance

These are the genres I gravitate toward most often.

My Review Style

My reviews are honest reflections of my personal reading experience.

In my reviews I may discuss things like:

  • Characters
  • Worldbuilding
  • Pacing
  • Plot development
  • Plot holes or inconsistencies

A positive review is never guaranteed, but I always aim to be thoughtful and respectful when sharing my opinions.

Content Warnings

I occasionally mention major content warnings if they are relevant to the discussion.

However, my reviews focus primarily on story, characters, and overall reading experience, rather than listing every possible trigger.

I generally choose books that I feel comfortable reading.

  • A short synopsis
